As it’s been standard practice since we started, we love to get feedback from families, teachers and management.

Here is a list of the main updates over the last few months:

New features:

  • Observations and Assessments with a cleaner “look”
  • Simplified how parents send messages to Teachers
  • “Like” button 😍

Other improvements:

  • Improved assessments’ tip box
  • Weekly usage report

As we all know, educators have no time to waste. Therefore we doubled down on ensuring that ChildDiary is as fast as it can be with 99% of all tasks being executed in under 300 milliseconds (that’s less than a third of a second)

Simplified how parents send messages to Teachers

Who is it for: Families

The “Messages” field, made available to parents so they can communicate with the childcare provider, is now easier to use.

The button that allowed parents to choose whether they wanted the Educator to see the message was removed, thus facilitating communication.

All messages created by parents are shared with the responsible teacher.

Simply access Assessments and review the observations you collected over the previous months.
